Finnish Sauna
The main principle to be kept in mind when in a sauna is to stay inside in the hot atmosphere (temperatures between 70 and 100 degrees Celsius) for a certain period of time and subsequently cool your body quickly in a cooling little pool or in a shower (the latter option offers a cooling bucket, too).
This sudden change of temperature has a positive impact on blood circulation and bodily metabolism. Regular stays in sauna contribute to improving your physical and mental condition; increased perspiration, in its turn, removes toxins, rejuvenates your organism and releases overall tension.
Infra sauna
Air temperature in the sauna is 40 – 60 degrees Celsius.
Invisible infra-red radiation creates warmth similar to sun rays, albeit without UV radiation.
Positive effects of the sauna include: reducing the level of cholesterol, mitigating cellulitis, burning fats and removing toxic waste elements from the body. The sauna is even suitable for children.
Aromatic Steam Room
Air temperature in the steam room is 45 – 60 degrees Celsius.
Air humidity is 100%.
Herbal oils contained in the steam contribute to a perfect state of relaxation. They release mental tension and have a positive impact on your skin.
Salt Sauna
Air temperature is 40 degrees Celsius.
Air humidity is 100%.
The sauna has relaxing and disinfecting effects..
It stimulates blood circulation, strengthens immune system, demonstrates positive effects on skin diseases and purifies air passages.
