What rights do you have?
Right to withdraw consent
Where we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time by sending a written request by post to our address or electronically to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also opt-out of receiving marketing information directly in the email marketing information, where an option to stop receiving marketing information is embedded. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
Right of access to your personal data
You have the right, upon request, to obtain from us information about what personal data we process about you and to provide us with a copy of your personal data. However, the rights of third parties cannot be limited by this.

How to exercise your rights
You can exercise your rights by sending a written request by post to our address or electronically to email@example.com. We will respond to your request regarding the processing of your personal data without undue delay and in any case within one month of receipt. In special cases, the time limit may be extended by a further two months, but in any case we will inform you of the reasons for the extension within one month of receipt of the request. The information is provided free of charge. However, if your requests are excessive or repetitive we may charge a reasonable administrative fee for dealing with them.
You have the right to file a petition with the supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, email: firstname.lastname@example.org) if you believe that the processing of your personal data is in violation of these terms and conditions or applicable legislation.
